Freestanding Cookers:

When you have a new gas, electric or dual fuel cooker fitted, the service from our trusted installation partners will include the following:

            They will contact you before the installation

Disconnecting and removing the old appliance, taking it away to be recycled

Unpacking your new appliance and recycling the packaging

Connecting your new cooker using your existing pipework and electrical supply

If it's not up to regulations, we can alter to get your new appliance installed

Ensuring all electrical and gas regulations are up to date

We test to make sure that the appliance is fully operational

To make sure your installation goes smoothly, please ensure the following:

The new appliance will fit into the existing space

 We’re able to connect to your existing electrical or gas supply

The electricity supply is within 1 metre of the new appliance location

You have the correct electrical supply as per the manufacturer’s requirements

Your electrical or gas connections meet the current legal regulations

Make any alterations to gas or electrical connections

Extend any electrical supplies, and will not connect to an existing extension

Connect the appliance if it puts the fitter or the customer at risk

Connect two into one plumbing or electrical connections

Alter any part of the customer’s property to gain access

Connect the appliance that meets safety guidelines

Make alterations to worktops or cabinets
